Terms and Conditions

Time is debited from the retained hours according to usage per month. Monthly usage amounts reset to zero on the 1st day of each calendar month. Unused time is forfeit and not carried forward to subsequent months.


Time used over and above the retained six hours per month will be charged at the Pro Rata rate (currently SEK 1 500 + MOMS per hour. Minimum fee is for one hour). However, the same SLA terms will apply for hours used outside of this Retainer agreement. Any Pro Rata hours additional to the Retainer will be invoiced monthly in arrears.


This retainer is for a period of 4 months and can be cancelled with written notice from either party one calendar month in advance of the end of a four-month period.


This Retainer is invoiced at the start of each Retainer period and will renew automatically (unless cancelled as above).
